• Order: Minimum order 1 x 20’ FCL, max 5 mixed items per container.

• Samples: Charged at 1.5x normal price, shipping paid by buyer. No free samples.

• Prices: Quoted FOB. Ex-Factory for selective clients. Prices may change without notice.

• Production: Lead time confirmed upon order. Force majeure delays not our liability.

• Shipping: Risk transfers to buyer once goods are on board. Insurance by buyer.
  Law: Transactions governed by Indonesian law. Disputes settled by arbitration in Indonesia.
